I see you are a walk in clinic? Can I make an appointment.

Yes!  Feel free to call 360-452-5000 to schedule an appointment if you want to.  You are always welcome to do so, but appointments are not required.

If you require a Drug Screen, appointments are required, you will not be seen without one.

Do you bill Labor & Industries (L&I)?

Yes we do.

Are you accepting new patients?

Yes we are.  Just come on in.

When are you open?

We are open 6 days a week and on-call 24/7.

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, checking in our last patient at 4:30pm.

Saturday 9am to 1pm, checking in our last patient at 12:30pm

Sundays we on on call, just call 360-452-5000 to reach the provider.

How much is the initial office visit?

If you are a New Patient and you have not been seen here before your first visit would start at $105.00 for the office visit.  If you require more than an office visit (ex: stitches, tests, etc...) there would be additional charges based on the services provided.

Subsequent visits would be $74.

If you have been seen at the Clinic before and it has been more than 2 years, we are required by Medicare Standards to start all over again, which means you would be considered a New Patient.

If you are an Existing Patient and you have been seen within the last 2 years, your visit would start at $74.  If you require more than an office visit (ex: stitches, tests, etc...) there would be additional charges based on the services provided.

Who is working today?

We have 2 ARNP's working on a rotating schedule, Deb Wheeler and David Kanters.  Because they work on a rotating schedule, please call 360-452-5000 to find out who is working that day.

Are you able to refer me to a specialist?

Yes.  Once you have met with the provider, they would be able to refer you to a specialist.

Can you refill my RX?

If you have not been seen within the last year, according to Medicare Standards, you would need to be seen in the office in order to refill a prescription.

To get a refill of your prescription, we recommend you go to your pharmacy to make the initial request.  The pharmacy will fax the request to us.  It will be reviewed by the provider before approving the request.

Do I have to fill out paperwork?

Yes you do, it is a requirement.  In order for the provider to do their charting on the patient, they must have as much history as possible.

Do you take insurance?

The rules have changed here.  We no longer take insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid & Apple.  These 3 insurance companies in particular will not reimburse you for your visit here at CliniCare.  

Our policy is payment at the time of service.  In most cases it is a flat fee unless there is extensive services provided.  If you have insurance, we provide you with the 1500 form (required to send to insurance company) already filled out and ready for you to mail to your insurance company yourself.  We recommend you call your insurance company first to make sure you are sending the form to the right place.  (the number should be on the back of your insurance card)  They will reimburse you directly.
